Everything saves as you change it. Sensitivity and field of view apply live — open this mid-match to feel them.
Host controlled. Whoever hosts the match decides these and they apply to everyone in it — in a lobby you joined you can see them and not change them. A CHEATS badge sits in the top-right corner for every player for as long as any of these is on. They switch off when the page reloads.
Deploying to
Full screen gives you the whole display for the game, a wider usable field of view, and fewer frames lost to compositing the browser around it. It is how the game is meant to be read.
You can switch at any time with F11, or from the pause menu.
